The PTR-91 is one of the most reliable MP5 clones out there. Pictured below is one the author owned (prior to the ATF brace decision of 2023), and enjoyed shooting. It was paired with a binary trigger, which allowed the firearm to discharge one round with the pulling of the trigger and one round when it released, as those were two functions of the trigger. While fun, it made me long for a NFA-registered automatic MP5, as a semi auto variant just didn't have that exact feel I wanted. Still, it was reliable and accurate, and is a great PCC should you have the funds to invest in one.
